This listing is for (1) cover with the design shown-there are two options for the sloth. 1) sloth lying down (shown in main image) or 2) hanging sloth (2nd image). No changes are allowed by making a note on your order. If you need something a little different on the cover- contact seller to see if it is possible and if it occurs any additional cost. No pillow inserts are included- you can find the 18x18 pillow insert at Wal-mart, Amazon or any craft store.

We have two styles of pillow covers available: 1) white soft peach skin feel or 2) soft white plush

The pillow cover is 18"x18"

It has a hidden zipper on the bottom for inserting your pillow (insert not included).
